Weekly Prayers | Monthly Prayers | Requesting Prayers for Healing
Weekly Prayers
The Community @ Carrs Lane lead daily prayers and respond to the prayer requests left each day. The prayers offered are general and respond directly to the needs expressed. Those requests for healing are passed to the dedicated healing groups.
Every Wednesday at 1.15 Communion and a time of prayer for healing are held in the
Lounge.
Lasting about 40 minutes, prayers are said for all who have left requests throughout the previous week. Also, ongoing prayer requests are responded to and cards sent to those seeking ongoing support.
The service is open to all, and is conveniently located to fit in with business lunch breaks.
Monthly Prayers
Each Third Sunday, an afternoon Communion service with a focus on healing is held in the Church.
Starting at 5:00 and lasting about an hour, all are welcome.
For over 20 years, members of the Carrs Lane congregation have met to offer prayers for healing. This tradition continues still, with a group meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.00 in the Lounge.
