Room Hire & Conference Venue

In Birmingham city centre, central to bus and rail services and public car parks (all within 5-10 minutes' easy walk), Carrs Lane Church Centre is an easily accessible room hire and conference venue offering great value.  Chiltern Mainline trains from London and Solihull etc. stop at Moor Street Station just across the road, along with London Midland's frequent local services.  New Street and Snow Hill stations are a short walk away.

With eight flexible rooms taking groups of 10 to 350, we can cater for your specific needs.  Five of the rooms, including the Church Room seating 350 and the smallest seating 10, are directly accessible at street level (see detailed information on the rooms with disabled access page).  Disabled parking on site is available by prior booking.

All rooms have padded chairs, and are carpeted (except the Lounge which has a modern woodstrip floor).  Room hire charges depend on room size and type, and are for morning, afternoon, and evening sessions.  Full information is on Room Details, and Room Hire Prices.

Our conference facilities include a range of suitable equipment and catering for meetings, so this conference venue offers an affordable and versatile opportunity for all, whether local or travelling to central Birmingham from further afield.  Should you wish to stay in Birmingham overnight, the Travelodge Birmingham Central Moor Street Hotel is situated next door to us on Carrs Lane.

If your organisation hasn't hired our rooms before, then after checking room availability and suitability with us please send in a New Hirers Application Form.  After downloading the Word document, you can type in answers and attach it to an email, or print it to fill in and post or fax to us.  (Note that it asks for one or two other documents.)  Our Terms and Conditions are on Page 2 of the downloaded document.
