Front page contentFolder to hold front page content Accessibility Information (Click for information on special accessibility features in this site.) This website has been designed to be easy to use and accessible. If you are having difficulties you may find the information in this section useful. We are always trying to improve the usability and accessibility of our website, and particularly welcome feedback from visitors who have special requirements or use access technology. Using this web siteWebsite NavigationTo help find your way around this web site you will find a menu bar near the top of every page. You can use this menu to jump to the main sections of the website. NOTE: To get back to the Home page, click on the Carrs Lane CHURCH CENTRE Logo at the top left; or on Home at the bottom left; or use the Breadcrumb trail (A → B → C) explained below. When you select a main menu option a submenu will normally appear on the left, initially listing all the next level pages you can visit in this section. Many pages also start with a set of links just below the page title. These links are to topic summaries down that page; NOT to the more detailed pages at the next level down. You will notice that when your mouse cursor is over any link, your computer will automatically change the cursor into a hand. Also, when the cursor hovers over them, submenu links are highlighted, and other links are underlined. This can often help sighted users to navigate more easily. Breadcrumb TrailDirectly underneath the main menu strip near the top of the page, you will find a feature commonly called a breadcrumb trail. This helps you to see where you are in the website. If you are visiting the Church History page (in the About Carrs Lane section) then the breadcrumb trail will look like this: Clicking on the Home link will take you back to the home page, clicking on the About Carrs Lane link will take you back to the start of the About Carrs Lane section. Website SearchIf you're trying to find information about a specific topic, a website search often yields the quickest results. Sighted users will find the Search Site facility at the top right-hand side of the page. Non mouse-users and non-sighted visitors can get to the Search Site facility quickly by using a shortcut key (called an Accesskey):
type in your search word or words and press the Enter button, or click 'Go' with the mouse.
